- I think the city of New York is very beautiful and amazing

UDI 4: FOR THE LOVE OF FOOD : A RECIPE

GACHAS

INGREDIENTS 

- Skimmed milk

- Lime 

- Sugar 

- Glasses of  water 

- Olive oil 

- Stick bread 

- Cinnamon 

- Flour 

DIRECTIONS 

1: Brown the flour in a pan 

2: Chop and fry the slices of the bread stick in a pan 

3: In a pot add the olive oil  and brown the peels of the lime 

4: Strain the olive oil and add in a pot  

5: Add the milk and the glasses of water and heat without boiling 

6: Take a glass of milk and melt with the flour and the sugar 

7: Beat the mixture without lumps , then add the mixture in a pan with the rest of the milk and stir for the mixture thicken 

8: Finally serve the mixture in a bowl and add the slices of the bread stick and the cinnamon

AT THE SUPERMARKET 

CUSTOMER: Good morning! Can you help me, please? 

CASHIER : Yes , of course!

CUSTOMER: I need some things for a birthday 

CASHIER: Okay , what do you need ?

CUSTOMER : A present , some food and some plates 

CASHIER : The presents are in aisle 3 but  there are only cosmetic products 

CUSTOMER: Thank you very much and where is the food ?

CASHIER: What type of food do you need for the birthday ?

CUSTOMER: I need bread , chocolate cream , sweets , biscuits and meat for a barbecue 

CASHIER: The bread , chocolate cream ,  sweets and  biscuits are in  aisle 1 and the meat is in aisle 5 

CUSTOMER: And the plates, please ?

CASHIER: Oh sorry , I forgot it , the plates are in aisle 4 next to the glasses

CUSTOMER: Thank you! You are very kind !

CASHIER: You are welcome . Do you need any thing else? 

CUSTOMER: No , thanks . How much is it ?

CASHIER: Your total is 42,90 euros. Do you need a bag?

CUSTOMER: No ,thanks. I have one

CASHIER: Do you want to pay  by credit card or cash?

CUSTOMER: By credit card ,please

CASHIER: Of course 

CUSTOMER: Bye Bye!
